  • Panel Processing can coat pegboard panels with a variety of standard and custom paint finishes.
  • Our CNC controlled punch presses produce clean & sharp pegboard holes with accurate margins on all four sides.
  • Panel Processing has the capacity to produce more pegboard panels than any other fabricator in North America.
  • CNC controls allow for varying spaces between rows of holes or can leave blank spaces for logos, graphics or design variations.  You are not limited to standard pegboard patterns with Panel Processing.
  • Standard hole patterns include 1” x 1” OC, ½” x ½” OC, 1” x 2” and 1” x 3” OC.  Standard hole sizes are 9/32” (nominal ¼”) and 3/16” (nominal 1/8”).
