Pegboard Punching

PPI has more capacity to produce pegboard panels than any other fabricator in North America. Our CNC controlled punch presses can produce clean & sharp pegboard holes with accurate margins on all four sides. Pegboard is produced from hardboard and HDF (High Density Fiberboard).

Standard patterns offered are 1" x 1" O.C., 1/2" x 1/2" O.C., 1" x 2" O.C., and 1" x 3" O.C. Hole sizes are 9/32" diameter (nominal 1/4"), and 3/16" diameter (nominal 1/8"). Our CNC perforators also produce hole patterns with varying spaces between the rows of holes (blank spaces left generally for logos and/or graphics). Peg hole column spacing can be varied through removing punches in our perforating dies.

CNC controls allow for varying spaces between rows of holes. Blank spaces are for logos, graphics or design variations. This allows for custom pegboard or custom peg board.

You are not limited to standard pegboard patterns with Panel Processing.

Large rollouts are no problem with multiple punch presses in all of our plants. No job is too large, or too small.
