2nd Shift Paint Line Operator

Specific Job Responsibilities

  • Monday through Thursday 3:00 p.m. – 1:00 a.m.
  • Locate and Stage material
  • Assist in setup and cleaning of fill machine
  • Assist in setup and cleaning of paint head
  • Be able to startup and run both lines
  • Inspect material at stack down
  • Able to enter Job information into Acumatica
  • Must pass Ishihara Test for Color Blindness
  • Able to rotate shifts as necessary
  • Able to operate Fork Truck
  • Must be able to work in other areas of the plant when work is not available for Paint Line
  • Perform other duties as required/requested

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Positive “Can-Do” attitude & team-oriented approach
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Company-oriented attitude – desire to promote the company in a positive way
  • Knowledge of woodworking machinery, processes and procedures highly preferred
  • Good computer skills
  • Occasional lifting and sliding of materials required (see Physical Requirements Form)
