Specific Job Responsibilities
- Provide service to customers requesting quotes, product information, shipping information, general company information, etc.
- Prospect for new business supported by leads from shows, internet, marketing campaigns, and other sources.
- Follow up on all quotes, sample requests, and order related inquiries.
- Communicate market and customer information internally.
- Develop pricing for all quotes utilizing pricing tools provided.
- Order entry into current ERP software system.
- Process RMAs for rejected product.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure all customer needs are accomplished.
- Liaison between the customer, administration, production, and management
- Answer a large volume of calls and emails from customers.
- Other duties as required to support sales department and operations of the Company.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Superb customer service and relationship skills.
- Positive, team-oriented, supportive attitude.
- Ability to work in a demanding environment on multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
- Excellent computer skills including MS Office and database applications.
- Understanding of order entry to production procedures.
- Must be meticulous.
- Some college education preferred.
