Sample Boards

Sample boards are a necessity for display in the tile and flooring industry. These boards are utilized for displaying samples of carpet, tile, wood flooring, shingles and more. We start with flat panel cutting and then from there the boards are finished to your exact specifications. 2 stock sizes are available. 

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS
  • Any size available – designed to your specs
  • Stock Sizes:
    • 18″ wide x 24″ high & 26″ wide x 24 high
  • Thickness Available:
    • 5.5mm (7/32″) stock, 3.2mm (1/8″) and 3/16″ available

Options

FINISHES
  • Unfinished – paint grade
  • Painted – water based
    • Painted one side or two, raw or painted edges
  • Laminated – melamine paper, TFL or HPL
  • Eco-Finish paint coating for high definition direct-to-board digital printing
  • Lithographic mounting (minimums required)

SUBSTRATE OR CORE MATERIAL

  • 7/32″ MDF
  • 1/8″ & 3/16″ HDF available upon request
  • Plywood
CUSTOMIZE
  • Radius or square corners
  • Bullnose or flat edges
  • Routed hand holes and drilled mounting holes
  • Fabrication to exact specifications including fully finished boards and/or raw cut-to-size boards
