Specific Job Responsibilities

  • Provide service to customers requesting quotes, product information, shipping information, general company information, etc.
  • Prospect for new business supported by leads from shows, internet, marketing campaigns, and other sources.
  • Follow up on all quotes, sample requests, and order related inquiries.
  • Communicate market and customer information internally.
  • Develop pricing for all quotes utilizing pricing tools provided.
  • Order entry into current ERP software system.
  • Process RMAs for rejected product.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure all customer needs are accomplished.
  • Liaison between the customer, administration, production, and management
  • Answer a large volume of calls and emails from customers.
  • Other duties as required to support sales department and operations of the Company.

  • Superb customer service and relationship skills.
  • Positive, team-oriented, supportive attitude.
  • Ability to work in a demanding environment on multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are necessary.
  • Excellent computer skills including MS Office and database applications.
  • Understanding of order entry to production procedures.
  • Must be meticulous.
  • Some college education preferred.
